Terms of use.

These terms govern the FueLift website, waitlist, and early-member offer.

The service

FueLift provides general nutrition-tracking tools and educational insights. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutrition estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not replace professional judgment.

Waitlist and early-member reward

Eligible people who join the FueLift waitlist before the offer closes may receive 14 days of FueLift Pro at no charge after the iOS app launches. One reward is available per person and Apple account. The reward has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may require creating a FueLift account. We will disclose any subscription renewal terms before you activate a paid plan.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated systems to abuse the waitlist.

Intellectual property

FueLift, its branding, interface, text, and other original content are owned by FueLift or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.

Availability

The app is under development. Features, timing, pricing, and eligibility may change before launch. We may suspend or discontinue the website or waitlist when reasonably necessary.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. FueLift is not liable for decisions made solely from nutrition estimates or for indirect or consequential losses.
